Dr.Jose Cruz, Faculty Advisor
Dr. Cruz received his Ph.D in Management Science from University of Massachusetts in 2004. He is currently Director of MSBAPM program and an Associate Professor in OPIM department.
Neeraj Nagendra, President
Neeraj Nagendra is enrolled as a full time student in the MSBAPM program and will graduate in December 2014. He worked for Infosys Technologies Limited, India, before joining the program. He has 2 years of professional experience in Enterprise solutions and Business Intelligence . A highly motivated professional with the eagerness to analyze and mine large data sets. He completed his under graduation in the field of Information Science from India in 2011.
Interests: Photography, Music, Travel, cooking and Analytics.
Rohit Bethmangalkar, Vice President of Communication
Rohit Bethmangalkar has previously worked as a Data Specialist in Business Analytics & Optimization Unit at IBM India. He has over 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing & Analytics based Projects across multiple domains such as Telecommunications, Healthcare, Insurance & Logistics for US & Australian clients. Rohit is currently pursuing MSBAPM program to extend his learning in Analytics & Management and would be graduating in Dec 2014.

Soham Desai, Vice President of Marketing
Soham Desai has 5 years of experience in financial analysis, team strategy, project management and management experience focusing on Public Finance, through his time at Moody’s Investors Service. Soham earned his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. Soham is currently a full-time student at the University of Connecticut and expects to receive his M.S. in Business Analytics and Project Management in August 2014.
Interests: Active Sports, Working on Cars, Spending time with family and friends, meeting new people!
Yiyao Zhang, Vice President of Alumni
Yiyao is currently pursuing her Master degree in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut, School of Business. Her undergraduate major was Applied Economics. She has experiences working in data mining, modeling, optimization and also customer service. In her spare time, she actively volunteers for various community events.

Ankita Sinha, Vice President of Technology
Ankita has over 4 years of software development experience using JAVA/J2EE technologies. Ankita holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Engineering from India.She is currently enrolled in the MSBAPM program and will graduate in 2014.
Tiffany Moy, Assistant Vice President of Marketing
Tiffany has a BA in political science and psychology from the University of Notre Dame and has nonprofit work experience.
Interests: Playing sports, adventurous eating, global health and international development
Rini Devnath, Assistant Vice President of Communication
Rini has 2 years of experience in analytics mostly in the “Retail” and “Finance ” domain. She was working as Senior Business Analyst (SBA) in Mu Sigma Inc before joining the MSBAPM program as a full time student. Before Mu Sigma, She was working as an Engineer at General Electric. Rini has completed her bachelors in engineering with majors in Instrumentation and Control from SRM University, India.
Interests: Analytics, Running, Hiking and cooking. I want to learn surfing.
Srikanth Varma Tirumalaraju, Assistant Vice President of Technology
Srikanth has 2 years of work experience as a Programmer Analyst at Quality Engineering and Assurance unit in COGNIZANT India. He has worked on various Health Care projects for clients like Blue Shield of California, BCBS Michigan and Affinity health care. He holds Bachelors in Information Technology from JNT University, India. Srikanth is currently a full-time student at the University of Connecticut and expects to receive his M.S. in Business Analytics and Project Management in December 2014.
